A compact delivery checklist I use from discovery to go-live on marketing and product sites.

A clear brief saves everyone time. I ask for goals, audience, must-have pages, brand assets, and how success will be measured — leads, bookings, downloads, or brand presence.
Then I map information architecture, wire key sections, and build in vertical slices so stakeholders can react early. Content often arrives late; the layout has to stay flexible.
